Where can I find the membership prices ?

In the menu choose ‘DASHBOARD‘ → pricing

Are other languages available?

Click on any article to open it and in the left side bar under translate you can choose from over 200 languages. Please note that text embedded in a picture is not translated.

Where is the home button?

There is non. Just hit our logo in top and you’ll go back to our home page.

How do I find articles with on a specific species, topic or artist?
  1. In the menu choose MORESEARCH
    Type the name in the search field and press search
  2. Look it up in the category list on the page MORESEARCH
  3. Click on the yellow beam at the top of each article to find matching articles.

4. Click on one of the tags at the bottom of any article to find matching articles.

Can I read articles on more than one device?

You can by logging out from one device and login on another device. But you cannot read articles at the same time on multiple divices. If you try to login on more then one device an error 500 will occur.

When I try to login I get an error 500 message. What does that mean?

An error 500 message almost always means that you are logged in on multiple devices at the same time. Logout on all devices and login again on only one device.
In case this doen’t work, send us a message and we’ll reset your account.

Can I change my membership?

You can upgrade or downgrade your membership at any time however we do not allow refunds.

How do I cancel my membership

Choose DASHBOARD accountcancel. Both your account and recurring payments are automatically cancelled.

Can I send you an article?

Yes, you can. We love to hear from you. Send us a short email message. We’ll inform you what are the steps to follow.

How do I logout?

In the menu choose ‘DASHBOARD‘ → account logout or click on logout at the bottom menu.

How do I change my email address?

In the menu choose ‘DASHBOARD‘ → account edit profile.
Change your email address and confirm by clicking on update profile.
